🏃🏻‍♂️💨 Throws Drill: Linear Sprinting for MAX SPEED

One of the things that is absolutely going to put your throwing over the top is SPEED! 

But how you achieve speed really does depend on the quality of setting up your chain reaction of the throw. 

Today, we're going to address the much wanted throwing skill- the ability to generate speed in your throw! 

Now, there's one super simple reason you can't add speed to your throw, and I address this in the video around the 30 second mark.
