Obviously EVERYONE wants to know how to smash that finish correctly,

but it's equally important to know what you should 🚫 AVOID DOING!

• throwing your chest up at the finish,
• dipping your shoulder in the middle of the circle to get the discus up to the high point,

All these different technical things that are absolutely just handed down sadly year after year, and they are absolutely incorrect.
