8th Day of Throws Tips: ๐Ÿ’ซ 8 Ongoing Learning Cycles

Dec 25, 2023

The pitfall many people fall into when training for the shot put and the discus is

Let's just get out there and throw, throw - THROW!

Throwing is too technical... your practices must be structured, your throws analyzed...

and you must be able to SEE throw.

Now, this complexity can be simplified

I know it cause I did just that- enter the TCR system. ๐Ÿ˜Ž

But if you are wanting to see the TCR system in action,

then I highly advise you to sign up

for the TCR Method Program- this is a 12 week LIVE throws coaching program!

If you really want to learn how to always be improving, you're going to want to pay close attention to this video.

Not doing what I talk about in this video is one of the very reasons why some people will completely fail and why so many  always struggle.

To put it bluntly... without this the nuggets related to learning, the level of improvement simply sucks.

That's why this is the 1st principle of the first component.

So pay close attention.

There are 3 major parts of ongoing learning and I talk about why this is so important.

Think about it 3 simple areas that you need to focus on, and when you understand these 3 areas on the learning side

you'll always be  focused on the right things.

Hopefully with each day and each tip provided, you're seeing how there is a logical structure and a road map for success that really changes your level of output and thus your level of results.
