YES!  Please bring your implements with you to the camp.  If you don't have any implements, you can take advantage of the awesome discount we have listed on this page!

• Bring your Discs for the discus camp day and your shots for the shot put camp day.
• Throw shoes. If you don't own any, it's ok, however, you will be working a lot harder as you go through the drills and do all the foot work. You also won't be able to rotate as easily.... it's just waaaay easier and better in throw shoes. We have a great promo for you through Valaasa - see details on this page! 
• Bring a small towel to wipe off your implements in the event it is wet on the field... yes, we can see water sometimes in Arizona. 🤪
• Water bottle... BIG WATER BOTTLE.... it's dry in Phoenix!
• SUNSCREEN- the sun is legit here
• Snacks and a small lunch for our short break

Absolutely!
There's lots of room to bring a pop up tent, or chairs. There are also bleachers to sit on.

As awesome as our camps are, we ask that you do not record the camp.

We will be recording plenty, and taking lots of pictures too. We thank you for understanding this, and don't worry, you have access to the Bonus Throws Training Course!

In order to keep our camp on time, we ask that you bring a lunch and snacks- the break is only 30 min.

It also helps us keep track of everyone & gives the athletes a chance to rest before we hit FULL THROWS! 💪
